December. Always a great month. This one started out with my Pops heading to Brazil for his school. It was the toughest trip on Moms because Granny and Gramps were in Hawaii so there was no back up for her but we managed....oh, yeah, except when I took a header off the stairs and knocked my two front teeth loose. That was scary. Moms freaked out, but everything seems to have turned out okay!
The next day, Auntie Feather came over and helped bake cookies with me and Moms for my teachers at school.
Dropped Pops off at the airport, then hit Target extra early. It was cool.
After Target we popped over to LO to see the Mikes!
The Shirtless Chef. Coming to FoodNetwork next Fall.
Whittier Poet Event. Me and Carson had some fun. He's super cool.
After a week without Pops at home Moms and I headed to Hawaii. Granny and Gramps were already there, and they couldn't wait to see yours truly. I was sad to spend a second week without my Pops, but I managed to get by with the love and attention of Moms, Granny & Gramps...
Waiting for G & G at the Airport!
Granny took me to the pool while Moms got us settled in.
A post-swim dinner.
I told you they couldn't get enough of me!
Day Two: To the Beach!
Moms was waiting for her nail polish to dry so she took these pix from the room of me and my Grandparents playing on the beach
Chillin in the lobby before dinner out
Leilani's on the Beach @ Whaler's Village
A Whale at Whaler's Village
Some kid let me play with his squirt gun at the pool
I liked it. A LOT.
I also liked pulling Moms around the pool
Sliding with Moms
Dipping my toes in the pool
This was fun once I got the hang of it
I also loved the new play structure at our timeshare!
Outside of The Gazebo. Worth the Hype.
As you can see, I really really really really loved the pool. I would have slept in there if they would have let me. But the kids' pool has a dark side, friends, and despite many many warnings I kept on drinking that pool water.
AND THEN: one morning at 4:00 my Moms woke to the sounds of me puking all over my bed. Kid pool germs? Moms thinks so, since nobody else on the trip got sick......
Sleeping it off. Towels and puke pot at the ready.
My little bug resulted in a delay to our plans to go on the REEF DANCER...it's sort of a submarine - boat hybrid.
SO we went the next day. I liked it! We saw fish, anemones, sea stars....and on and on and on. Larry the Leprechaun and Shoepolitan were there too.
Where are MY sunglasses?

Larry's favorite was the Sea Urchins
Up close and Personal
After the boat ride, we got some shaved ice. I was suspiciously not into sugar-flavored ice. Turns out that's because the bug was still working its way through my system. Once we figured that out, we hustled back to our place before things got really ugly.
The next day we packed ourselves up in the car and went to a beach further South near where Granny and Gramps first stayed. It was a more mellow surf, which was nice, and there was lots of sea life to check out. But on the way there, I threw down a little attitude.
What is this? I thought it might be an alien.

Another Sea Urchin!
Me & Larry in the Cave
Larry and I didn't have to worry about a sunburn
Getting my sea legs. I was still a little hesitant in the ocean.
Last dinner at Duke's. Is it just the perspective in this photo, or is my head bigger than Moms'?
Plane Ride Home. I was excited to see Pops, but bummed to leave Paradise.
The next day we had TWO parties. No rest for the wicked.
First stop: Vivienne's party at Pump It Up
Next stop: UOEMBA Holiday Party

As if our December was not busy enough, we ended the month with a long weekend in Seattle for the Rams - Seahawks game.
We met up with Pops' frat brother Mr. Mark and his son Duke the night before the game. Then Mr. Mark came and hung out with us ALL GAME DAY. It was great fun, especially because the Seahawks won!
I finally fell asleep in the car--in Tacoma!
I was still a little tired after we arrived at the Hotel
