Sometimes I ask to go to the Mall so I can play in the toys there
I love the mall. Is that weird?
Moms worked late a lot during the month of June as the legislature wrapped up. Granny helped out by picking me up from school now and then. One night, we met Moms at Benihana.
I was resistant to the food, but ultimately sucked in by the showmanship.
Moms finally explained why she takes this picture every year, so I was a little more cooperative this time.
I am less fond of when my parents only order one dessert and force me to share

We had a lot of fun in June, but I would be remiss if I didn't tell you about some sadness, too.
First off, one of my teachers, Mr. Seth, who was very important to me, left my school. I missed him. Then many of my "crew" moved up to the next classroom at school, leaving me behind for a few weeks. I was very sad at these developments.
In short order, we had to say good-bye to Maxwell, which I still don't entirely understand. I miss having him around. Moms and Pops have explained what it means to put a dog to sleep, but I keep hoping that he'll come back. I am starting to get it, but it's been rough.
And, finally, our neighbor, Mr. Jack, passed away a few days after Maxwell did.
A lot of loss for a little 4-year-old to process, and it made the month a little rough in between all our fun activities.
